The Cougar Boots are unisex boots. The supplier makes them in men's sizes... Ladies' size 10 (AUS) would be equivalent to Men's size 8 (AUS) so you can get a size 42 and that should fit. If you want to be sure you can measure the length of your feet - on the product page (http://www.ozmotorcyclegear.com.au/xtreme-cougar-motorcycle-boots-5550.html) there's a "specifications" tab that you can click on and you'll see a size chart. Size 42 would be 25.88cm in length :)

The Cougar size 11 is equivalent to size 46 or 47. The supplier said size 46 will fit, but if he can go for the 47 if his feet are a bit bigger.
